May 31, 2013 - new versions of Table3.dat and Table4.dat

To improve the interpolation algorithm, reddening values were computed on a
grid of ~19,000 independent measurements, thus doubling the density of the
original grid, which had ~9,000 independent measurements. The values weakly
constrained to be consistent with previous measurements. Testing showed a
small reduction in the statistical deviation between interpolated values
and directly measured values.
